Do I need to be at the property when photos are taken?
You can if you'd like, but many agents like to save themselves time by simply schedule the appointment and leave notes in their order so we can handle the rest. Our goal is to make getting listing media as hands-off as possible from the beginning.
How do you vet your photographers?
In order to protect your trust, we maintain a high standard for our photographers. Anyone with a history of theft, violence, or sex offenses are automatically disqualified.
How quickly will I receive my photos?
Listing photos are delivered within 24 hours or less so you can get your property live fast. Some services may require more time especially for listings captured on Friday evening and Saturday.
What if I have a multi-unit property (duplex, apartment building, etc.)?
If you have a large multi-unit property like a duplex or apartment complex, email us at [email protected] so we can tailor your order to meet your needs.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve Southeast Idaho, primarily around Pocatello, Idaho Falls, American Falls, and McCammon.
What if the weather's bad?
We monitor conditions closely and proactively communicate if weather may impact the shoot. In many cases editing techniques like sky replacements help maintain a clean final result.
